When you are using a cover, you want to always make sure that the covers are removed completely from the pool before you or anyone else gets in the pool. You will want to remember that solar pool covers are not made to stop someone from being able to get into the pool. If a child was to fall into a pool with the solar pool cover, it will not stop the child from being able to fall into the pool. You will always want to make sure that before you allow the children to play near the pool that the solar cover is removed so that if by chance they fall into the pool they will be able to get out easily and not become trapped under the covers.
