ENSAV was conceived when the need was identified for an UNBIASED system that generates QUALITY leads at LOW RATES. Web Friday is responsible for the development of the website and its online marketing. ENSAV is a leads-generating service for solar geysers, solar pool heating, heat pumps and ceiling insulation. 3. WHAT MAKES ENSAV DIFFERENT:
After quite substantial market research it was found that some of the existing similar systems had a number of shortcomings:
QUALITY: One of the things that stood out was the quality of leads generated through some of these systems. There was a strong call from suppliers for a distinction between mere ENQUIRIES and the more serious LEADS. To accomplish a better quality lead, we strive to educate the enquiring public as much as possible before they actually complete our online form. Specifically, we tell them what price range they can expect to pay for a solar geyser (R12,000 to R40,000), and we also give them the choice of asking for either an approximate quotation or a site visit for an exact quotation.
PRICING: Another factor was the price per lead. Many suppliers felt that they were being exploited in this regard, and that the price per lead coupled with the quality of the lead meant both a waste of manpower and a high cost per conversion. At a low rate of R10 per lead, we feel that we will achieve a lot more in terms of cost per conversion.
EXCLUSIVITY: A third issue was the one of exclusivity. Some of the systems out there cater for only a small selection of suppliers, which may or may not be the best or most reputable. We aim to have ALL Eskom-approved solar geyser suppliers included in our system.

CONTROL - all participating suppliers have their very own control panel where they can exercise full control over which services they provide, areas they cover and notification settings. They also get access to reports such as leads history, transactions, invoices and more.
FLEXIBILITY - the freedom and flexibility to participate at will, by recharging at the appropriate times without penalty. A supplier may choose not to recharge for any length of time, and the moment he recharges he starts receiving leads again. No penalties and no fuss.
TRANSPARENCY - suppliers which have no credit available can still receive leads, but the contact details on these leads are hidden. Once he has recharged his account he can choose which of these leads to purchase individually.
SMS NOTIFICATION - suppliers have the option of receiving leads via sms, which means they are immediately notified the moment the lead is generated. For suppliers who are often on the road doing site visits, this is an invaluable tool. However, the system has been engineered to send sms'es only from 7:00 until 18:00.

RATING - as part of the functionality of the system a questionnaire is sent to all leads after contact. Based on the results of this survey the supplier is rated and scored. One of the benefits of a rating system will be that suppliers will be able to increase service levels based on the scores per question. The results are revealed to only the relevant supplier, and does not go into the public domain.
